PROCRASTINATION

Oh the joys of procastination, let me humour you with its various ‘benefits’ if they can be called that.

For starters, it’s a masterclass in relaxation. Why work today when you can always do it “later”? After all, immediate effort is overrated, right? You’re nodding in agreement, I can see.

Then there’s the creative burst because nothing sparks genius like scrambling to beat a deadline you miraculously didn’t know was tomorrow until today.

Oh, the strokes of brilliance and creativity that come when you’re frantically typing away.

And let’s not forget the clever art of prioritization. It helps you prioritise, all you have to do is work on the task with the closest deadline and blissfully postpone the rest till later. If you ever struggle with prioritising I can assure that procrastination’s got your back.

But, of course, a gentle reminder that the cons of procrastination are as numerous as the stars. I won’t bore you with the list of reasons why it’s a terrible idea. Other articles have that covered, trust me.

In conclusion, my dearest friends, I present to you the two sides of this peculiar coin.

Would you rather embrace the allure and seduction of procastination or opt for the path of productivity that leads to success without regrets.

Which would it be?
